Need Help With Fuel Pressure Problem

I recently installed an AEM FPR to lower my static fuel pressure, because my car was running sluggish.
So I lowered my idle pressure as low as 32 and it still goes way rich on the a/f ratio gauge and I get a code 45. Any suggestions on what I should try? Should I try the stock fuel pump? or a Cartech FMU maybe? My mods are below.

Try the Cartech.... I don't know which brand of A/F gauge you have, but remember that most A/F gauges suck at reading rich or lean conditions, so the more green the better in my opinion. What is your timing set at and what is your BTC set at?

I have an autometer a/f gauge. My timing is set at 19, BTC at 2 clicks from min.
